About Me
I’m Rachel M Power, a Reiki Practitioner, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher, and founder of Creative Wellbeing.
I work with both individuals and organisations, helping people reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and create space for calm in busy lives. Through Reiki sessions, mindfulness practices, workplace wellbeing initiatives, and wellbeing resources, I support people in finding greater balance, clarity, and resilience.
